Im glad you got service from those clowns buddy. There shop is only 30 min from me and I wanted to give them a 2300 dollar package deal sale of a tko 600 , clutch and bellhousing for my fox. But since the secretary was no help and noone returns calls or emails I said F... it and called Dand D performance. I could only imagine if i bought a defective tranny from them. All i wanted to do was buy a damn tranny. They = ****ty service.
Lost a good sale

wow... I have always had good dealings with them. I am in florida, and have called them, diagnosed the problems and had parts shipped to my door, faster than I could run them down in town... Nothing but good words from me. ;-)

un f...in believable! well. I guess the guy makes enough money where he doesnt want to sell tko transmissions

I have had excellent experiences with Hanlon. Nothing but top notch people working there, and Bob actually takes the time to help out his customers. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the quality of their T5 rebuild kit.

I've ordered a few things from them and they ship out orders quickly, but it's true about them not always returning phone calls.Hey it's a business and I'm pretty sure they recieve a ton of calls.1 out of 5 times they have not returned my calls...

I spent a total of 400+ dollars with them so I could rebuild my tranny. I replace 2nd and the 1-2 slider, 3-4 shift fork, steel tob retainer, and reverse light switch only to have the bearings between the input and output shaft give out within a few miles. I had a machineist take a look at the bearings and he said they were way too soft. My original bearings which I saved were much harder. Needless I am out over 400 bucks and a T5. I was promised a call back from bob but that never happened. They are great about helping you spend your money with them but I called several times about my issue without a response. I went to D&D for my TKO and they have been awesome.

Uh huh. I knew it. Im glad they were no help in helping me with spending 2k with them. LOL Must have been the gord lord himself upstairs intercepting my calls and e-mails.

Thats strange that you guys had bad luck with customer service, but Im not surprised that the T5 rebuild kit sucked. I get my T5 stuff from blumenthal manufacturing and astro performance for that very reason. I used one of Hanlon's kits and I was very disappointed in the quality of the parts, the bearings were cheap Chinese crap. I broke the front bearing race trying to press it in, so I had to reuse the stock timken race.
