Miami, Ok
soon i hope to get either a SC kit or go cheap and get nitrous.

but with nitrous i always fear i would hate how it would be fast at the track and then on the street it would feel doggy all the time. i know i wouldnt want to run the bottle around town all the time.

its hard to decide lol

Not here, I mean yeah, its not juiced all the day, but when I had the spray on my gt it was a blast, but I def. wasnt dissapointed when it wasnt on, I dont need that much power ALL the time, but blower is def. nice!

I would say that it makes you feel slower...but that all depends on how you drive on the street. It's funny, since I started driving my Mustang, I drive like Miss Daisy on the streets. I drive my car out to the track, pretty much staying within the speed limits....race like hell while I am out there...then drive home the same way I drove out there.

I think it doesn't really effect you that much because no matter what you do, you are going to drive much more aggressively on the track than you do the roads...so technically speaking, your car will ALWAYS feel faster on the track. The thing that bothers me the most is driving with someone who has a much faster car. I have a friend who has a twin turbo Cobra, and when I go for a ride with him....my car feels like it's towing a boat for a few weeks.

You have to pull timing with nitrous, so that could make it feel slower. It also could be the fact that you miss the giggle gas :)

exactly why mine felt slower. I went from 15btdc NA, to 9 on juice.

This is why you upgrade to a digital 6 MSD ignition box. When your micro switch engages your nitrous the box automatically takes timing out. When your nitrous system isn't armed the ignition doesn't pull the timing. So you have all your timing in N/A.
I run 12deg no ping even with a 125 at the track, run 75 on the street when needs be.

Wow 12 degrees no ping eh? thats pretty good. I would have thought 10 degrees.
