I have another question for you all. I'm pretty much finished with the power plant (I may port the lower this winter), but I need ALOT of other things. I just ordered a set of 13" cobra brakes so I can actually stop from 140 haha. My next purchase is going to be subframe connectors, and I've read alot of reviews but not really too many for verts. I was thinknig the MM full lengths, but Im not sure if they work on a vert? Also, my car is kind of low, is this going to make things worse??

Thanks a lot:SNSign:

They also have a seat brackets available too. Did you get them as well?

I'm looking at getting the full-length MM ones as well but I'm worried I won't be able to put my car on the hoist anymore with them. I hoist my car from the flat spots in front of the rear LCA's and at the front part of where the frame rails stop before the K-member. Don't the full-length ones install directly onto the bottom of these two spots? Or do they weld-up beside them? Anyone have any pics of them installed? I can just barely fit the 4 hoist pad thingys under my car when its on the ground, I'd hate to lose the ability to get my car on a hoist for lack of ground clearance.

My vote goes to http://www.globalwest.net. No lack of ground clearance, they are full length, and they are 'vert specific. I've had mine for years and LOVE them, I wouldn't run any other set on my car.

I'm with Paul all the way, I spent waaaay too much on the #929C but hopefully it pays dividends in the long run! :nice: It felt great after the install too...check oyut the website.

I have the MM full length ones on mine. Made a nice difference. If you go with these DO NOT get them pre-powdercoated or painted. The person welding them on will have to scrape down to bare metal where he has to attach them to the car. My shop was very appreciative when they saw I got them bare. At the end they just sprayed them with black paint and you can't even tell they are there.
