Installed Ford GTA axle-back, uh oh!

So I got a set of the Ford GTA axle-backs from Ninosport. Installed them today and I think they sound better and look a LOT better than the stock exhaust. However when I was installing them I sheered off two bolts on the drivers side. Both were the bolts on the underside of the frame rail where they hold on the brackets. The side bolts are holding the brackets good enough for now so the exhaust doesn't move around however I should get them fixed sooner or later. A portion of the bolt is still in the frame.

My question is this: if I bring the car to the shop (it needs an oil change and tire rotation soon anyway) would they fix the bolts under warranty? I mean bolts shouldn't just break if you unscrew them. I wasn't using excessive force or anything.

LOL, no cutting torch. Just my bare hands. I think some salt got up there and eroded the bolts or something. Even bi-weekly car washes didn't help apparently. The 'stang was my daily driver thru the winter.

Give the dealer a try. It's a good way to find out if he is going to work with you or against you. If he fixes the bolts under warranty, keep going back there. He's one of the good guys.

The worst that can happen is that he'll fix the problem and charge you. That's not too terrible, in my opinion.
