So I love where i live...

I started out with a v6 99 mustang when i was 15 and by the age 17 i bought my 98 mustang GT and it has over 300hp and 375tq now and i'm 18....I've never gotten a ticket or anything and where i live the cops are HUGE *******s and they are everywhere. Not all kids are nuts when they get their first cars...

I don't really have a problem with this kid having a nice car. I just wish it was me. :>. I have been raised knowing what its like to work for what I want. Hell the only reason my mom is going to let me get a motorcycle this summer is because she knows how hard I am working to get enough money for it and that I have done enough reading that I will be getting a nice jacket w/ leather and armor on it, protective helmet, and gloves. I am also going to start on just about the slowest sport bike known to man (buell blast) because 1) it is probably the easiest bike to learn on and 2) it is cheap enough for me to have enough money left over for college next year. I also got $13,700 in scholarships for a $17K school so it is kinda my reward to myself.

Give any 16yr old kid, no matter how safe a driver a 500hp car. See what happens. I am in now way am jelious! I would never pay $50,000 (Going for more) for something that i could spend 10-12K on my GT and Smoke it.

But really who cares LOL. This will be my last post on this tread

That's pretty funny. My cousin's neighbors just bought their 16y.o. kid a GT500 for his first car. I was up there for a barbecue and heard him taking off in it... first off, it sounded like crap, secondly, I heard a huge bang as he drove away out of view and saw his dad running down the road :rlaugh: uh oh!

You would have to be insane to park that car in a high school parking lot.

if it survives...kids like that always have rivals it seems in HS... (but not all!)

Also, kids like that don't always get a taste of the real world. They can just call mommy or daddy to help them out.
Very cool car, lucky kids to have cars like that but to them it's just a cool car and won't value it and take care of it as true car person.

It's probably 1 out of the 5% GT500's that are actually driven though haha

I used to be in the "IN" crowd right after highschool... Whoopty do. Some of the kids were rich. As a matter of fact, most of them. I ofcourse was not.

Anywho, most of those kids (*counts on fingers*) ended up as total losers. Most of them either failed out of college, became druggys because they couldn't handle real life pressures, or just ended up in jail.

Hell, my friends boyfriend is rich. He had everything. He burned his house down accidentally making crystal meth a couple of days ago. So much for running the family business. I guess you can't do that from a jail cell. :nonono:
