I posted this in the regional forums as well, but this gets more traffic, so here goes again.

Any Orlando / Kissimmee people PLEASE be on the lookout for my car.

My house was broken into earlier today and along with several thousand dollars worth of household electronics, jewelry, etc. they helped themselves to my car which was under a car cover in my garage.

It is a pristine DHG Bullitt with a 01 Cobra front fascia. It has 18" Wheel Replicas and plate # 2K1 6T8. This is a heavily modified vehicle that will not be easily replaced. Here are some pictures of it:

The police are (supposed to be) looking for it. If you happen to see it PLEASE call the Osceola County Sherriff's Office.

They took the cover along with my car so hopefully this means they will be taking care of it. Somehow I doubt this, however.

That Bullitt is gorgeous. I'm sorry this had to happen to you. If you don't mind, how did they steal it? Were the keys laying around the house I presume? That's why I have one key to my car and it's on me 24/7.

Again, sorry and I hope you recover her in 1 piece... :(

No footprints, fingerprints, anything else left behind?? It was likely more than one person ... That really sucks bad! This pushes me even more towards installing a GPS tracker in my ride. I hope that someone spots it for you. If I were you, I'd be going door to door asking people if they saw or heard your car today, who was driving, etc ... You KNOW the police aren't doing that .... Aint gonna hurt.

Sucks that the robbers stumbled into an added bonus to get away in...they probably took the car cover so they could park it in an underground type storage facilty (and hide it) to prevent detection from a GPS/Lo Jack system. I had Lo Jack installed in my car years ago but a cop friend told me they park them underground for a few days until the tracking company stops sending the signal then drive them away to be stripped...so check in area parking structures if you know any.
