I ordered my cams over a week ago and I have been calling and calling trying to get ahold of them to ask when they will be sent out. It said they were at "0 stock", I just want to know when they will have made more. I have left them my name and number and still no response...at 600 bucks I would think they could call me back?

PM Scott or Jim over at MOdularfords-com. They are on there just about everyday.

i called them a couple of weeks ago to see about my engine that has to be built. i had to leave a message but jim called right back and left me a message.

hope everything is ok, i didnt have them start building my engine yet and it is paid for!!!!

so is it normal that their customer service is this lacking?

I don't see a problem with their service, you ordered a item that you knew was out of stock and now you are leaving them messages and want them to call you back and tell you something they probably don't know the answer to. Their products and service are top quality and in demand so they sell out and occasionaly will go a month or two without cams because they can't get them made fast enough. Have patience...they will get back to you, maybe they are on the road heading to an event.

yea.. seriously man

Brandon Ruggles.....and i do see a problem. I did not complain that I do not have the part nor did I complain that they were out of stock. I complained about not being called back about simply wanting to know if/when they will have their product. If you buy something, you would like to know how long you will have to wait to get it. If you ordered something, wouldn't you at least like a ballpark on when you may have it? Or do you usually order something thinking, "it will get here someday." Especially if it is your DD and you are a 20 year old college student with a motor out of a car, waiting on 1 last piece of the puzzle to put it together. I knew what I was getting into by ordering something that was out of stock, but I don't think it is too much to ask wanting to know when it will be back in stock.

I would never order something that was out of stock without calling ahead of time to see when the next shipment is coming...so i wouldn't have this problem.
