1990, Ford was playing with the idea of that being the 25th anniversary car but they determined it was too radical
technically 1989, but yes they decided it was too radical and too costly to produce a run of them...
the only one that I'm truly beat on is the "commercially available" aspect of the first question...i know the 93 R had a full size spare but that wasnt truly available to the public...neither were the SSP's but i have no idea off the top of my head if they had full size spares...
I will take a shot in the dark and say 90.
Actually The car was built in 1988. It was a 400 HP twin turbo'd 351w built by Jack Roush.
I only have a response in regards to question number 6. For some reason it irks me, but any factory equipped vehicle CANNOT have an underdrive pulley! It's factory equipped for christsakes!

power seat did come, but not 4 way. only power on it was the lumbar support
