DYNO NUMBERS

So I came home stateside on R&R and got to drive her for a little bit. My sig should have most of what I've done so far far and I am more than happy. Most of the work was done by myself all except the supercharger my Wife had that installed and dyno tuned by Fastlane Motorsports before I came home and they did a great job:nice: Defenetly alot of power and it's still more than drivable. Went from North Carolina to Connecticut and got around 26 MPG most of the way until I hit the northeast and their garbage gasoline then it dropped to around 23 MPG (another of the many reasons to never move back to up North). Didn't have enough time to put the brakes and other stuff in I'll do that on my next visit to the States:flag:

Those are good numbers for an otherwise stock engine! My husbands car is also a stocker engine with a P1sc. He makes 425 HP ands 430 TQ. You can tell it doesn't want anymore boost, or else boom! We already did one forged long block for my car this year. I keep telling him he has to wait until next year to blow his up! Congrats, and enjoy!

Thanks all! The next deployment I will replace the Motor I think for now I should be safe as long as I don't go too crazy with it on test and tune nights. I have spent enough money on my car for a little bit so I probrobly will just enjoy driving it for a few months until I come back to Iraq again. In the meantime I will probrobly start planning out what I want to do with the engine and all the other things that I will replace in order to handle the new found power.

VERY nice #s!!!!!!!!!! Wow im definatly impressed :nice: . And dont pay attention to the haters....

Thanks! Haters don't bother me it's taken a lot to get my stang where its at now and I'm pretty proud of it and they can't take that from me. Plus after visiting the armpit of the world for the past few years not a whole lot bothers me anymore:nice: . I still have a long way to go to get the magic 650 rwhp numbers I am looking for. I am thinking that a build shortblock, full exhaust, new fuel system, and a ported intake side including heads and a cam and up the boost I think i may be able to get there but like i said thats next deployment. I have a few more months left on this current one and then i should be home for a little while at least to enjoy driving for a little bit before i come back out. I am still not sure on if to get to that 650 rwhp numbers if i have to go with a return style fuel system or if i can keep the returnless and go with bigger fuel lines and pumps:shrug: I know my injectors are pretty close to maxed out so i will go bigger with them, and i dont know how much more i can go with my 90mm Maf even with the Maf extender thats on there now

As far as the fuel system goes, here is what you will need.

2 Ford GT(40) fuel pumps
03/04 cobra tank
03/04 cobra basket to house the pumps
upgraded wiring and FPDM? (can never remember exactly how it goes)
Kenne bell 40 amp boost-a-pump
Upgrade to 1/2 fuel line
Upgrade to aftermarket fuel rails
72# injectors

That setup would probably carry you to over 800RWHP ish (if you changed injectors to 83#ers) ...but if you do it right the first time, you wont have to worry about it.

You may want to see if the 72#ers are high impedence or low, and research what you need to do to run low EMP iuf they are that. im almost 100% sure stock is high emp...I know that ours are ON/OFF injectors. Thus all the darn valvetrain noise lol...its the injectors.

Thanks, :nice: That really seems like an easy way to upgrade the fuel system without a terrible cost to me. I just bought my buddies entire 04 cobra fuel system for $300 anyway. So I have the basket and tank already. :)

Great numbers can't wait until I see mine the KB SC is about 60% installed as of today.

And Thanks for supporting the USA in Iraq.

Awesome numbers!!

and I say spend the monet get you tank sumped and get aeromotives eliminator return style fuel system... best mod I have ever done... just make sure to get the controller. you will not have to worry about fuel EVER again
