Mid Pipe???

ok, i have searched this and didn't come up with anything i wanted/needed to know. we are running the axle back Stingers on our 06 5 speed and while it sounds decent, it still don't sound like a Mustang should. yes, i know all about the muffler placement being the culprit. but there has to be a way to leave the mufflers where they are and get a better sound. i have contemplated and o/r x pipe, an o/r h pipe and now i have been looking at the Prochamber lately. i want a nice, good fitting, good quality, and better yet, GOOD sounding mid pipe to go with the Stingers. if anybody has clips of such a setup, i would like to hear it before i make a purchase. i know clips don't do stuff justice, but it's a good starting point.

Friend of mine has LT's, o/r h, and the Bassani Race mufflers and it sounds extremely similar to what the 03 cobra's sound like. I'd recommend them.

I know that's not what you asked for, but if you were contemplating changing, that's what I would do. Also, just get the o/r h, you'll love it haha.

Anybody have the FRPP Stingers with the Pypes O/R H pipe? I had the O/R H with FRPP GTA mufflers and I did not like the trumpeting. I was debating putting the h on with my new Stingers. Any input on sound with the straight thru flow mufflers?

I have stingers and an o/r x and it sounds N A S T Y! But I love x pipes. Very loud on acceleration. I get compliments at Mustang cruise ins all the time. Sorry I don't have sound clips. Not that computer literate yet.

I've got an O/R H pipe with the FRPP Stingers. The trumpets IMO were unbearable so I had some resonators installed. It totally killed the trumpets and brought the drone down to almost nothing.

It doesn't sound like an older stang, at least like my 02 GT did with an O/R prochamber and flows, but then again, it's not an older GT. It sounds different, but good to me and everyone that's heard it.
