Try Frank at PSI Motorsports. They are a little north of Allentown.
He tuned my 98 Cobra last week. They do a lot of custom work and Dyno Tuning.

They specialize in Mod motor stuff and Dave is a great tuner, I've always been happy with there service... The leadttime for Dyno work can be long at times, best to give them a call.

Yes, has a dyno and can tune with numerous types of software.
Besides performance, he is doing a lot of restoration work. Very impressive shop and like you said, close to you.
What part of Bucks are you from?
I lived in Newtown Grant until I moved down here. Glad to hear you made it over there. Joe is a good guy, problem is he gets busy and sometimes it is tough to get hold of him.
