Tuesday went to get dyno tune agian but my car still leaning out, some thing is not right . Now I have cats x-pipe so I lost HP from 293 to 279rwhp

Went to the track yesterday and ran 6 time but all 14+ 1/4 time :bang:

cannot still find where is the whestle comming form , change idle pulley , belt Tensioner but still whestleing . Today I bought IAC thinking it might be making noise so hope it will take care of this problem.

I used to run 13.5 all day long and now after my comp cams install and been more then 6 months I havn't run 13 at all. I am running 14+ 1/4 with best 2.0 60'

With stock suspension and nitto 555R I used to cut 1.8 low 60' but now I got KYB AGX ADJ shocks , struts and BBK Gripp LAC . When I do the burnout I have some wheel hop , with my stock suspension I never did got hop.

I just don't know what to do where to take it to get it fixed, I am very unhappy with my car performance .

One other thing is my clutch is almost gone cause I cannot ride my clutch no more at the track, so I am thinking is the clutch problem. I did buy a centerforce DF clutch but waiting to get flywheel so I and my friend can install it.

Sorry for the long sad story but I need help , If my car don't get fixed I will give up drag racing and sell me car :(

sounds like it may be a timing issue... it's the only varible you changed, and your results are worse... would be my guess. check your degrees and see if their running one side too lean or somthing. Def. sounds like it is fudged up in there.

Could it be the mix and match of suspension parts you have. They are all great parts by themselves but together they could perform less than optimal... You make more power and overpower the suspension setup you have resulting in slower times. That would be a suspension issue and not a power issue.

Just another possible avenue.

U can buy the Compression tester at almost any auto store or even at Sears. Its very handy to have yur own tester. They are also easy to use. As far as the E.T. prob, if your clutch is worn u are gonna have a slower E.T. When u change it out, u will feel a big difference. Your timing may be a issue...

On the other forum one member told me if I have MDE2 box code and I did you he ask me to tell my tuner reduces the delay to open loop. I am going back to get tune on tuesday . Sloyed at stangsource told me and he said his friend had the same box code and when he was tunning it was 14 seconds late at WOT to go to the commanded A/F ratio...... which makes for a big nasty lean spike. Clutch is going in as soon as I have money for install.

just got back from my tuner , no dyno tune today . He just put tune file in my sct and that's it. I think he said delay loop was 0 . I forgot but he did 0 for open loop and 5 for close loop or other way around. Car don't buck as much so I am thinking it getting better. less then 1500prm , there is still a little bucking.

Still cannot figure out where is the whistle comming from, I have changed idler pulley and belt tensioner. I will get my new IAC valve tomorrow and see if that will take care of it.

Does a worn out clutch whistle ? Other then that I am out of guessing.

i had a weird whistling noise in my ride, figured it out. might be the same with yours il explain the best i can. on the throttle body under the tps (throttle position sensor) theres a brass screw plug, check it if its loose its like a vacuum leak. mine went so long before i could find in it fell out. i found it on the intake. so if its leaning out this could be your problam. because its a vacuum leak

I got 02 so I have nothing under TPS. I just checked my 75mm bbk and even my stock one that I have on storage .
