Stangnet Meet - Thank You!

I would be very surprised if it just washed off. Look very close at the finish. You will see small black dots all over the car, and when you apply pressure to scrub them off...they just smear and stay stuck to the finish. The clear liguid Ice product (not the detailer spray) from Turtle Wax will take those dots right off. My entire car was covered with them.

To tell you the truth...it made me sick when I saw it, and I decided to not go on the cruz. :(

I told the owner of the roush that she better move her car before the burnout contest but she didn't.
We have a hot water hose at the shop so I think it helped a lot. It took some work to get all the spots out as some did smear but we had 3 people cleaning it so it took about 20 minutes. I looked at your car when I was there and yours was twice as bad as hers.:( I know how you feel believe me but with a good washing and detailing I’m sure it was back to looking great again.

Though I showed up late and missed most of the festivities, I did get to see most of the cars parked, albeit for about five minutes. There were many friends there, as well as a number of new owners, with cars I had never seen. It was sweet to see a mix of vehicles; from the Ford GT, all the way down to highly modified, clean fox bodies.
Next year, I WILL have my car completed and at the gathering. I look forward to boosting it on the cruize. Thanks to everyone involved!:hail2:

I missed the big crowd. :(
But to make up for it I later ran a few cars that day to make up for it and toasted a gsxr750 2005 too! Last time i ran him at 14psi he kicked my butt, 25psi straightened things out a bit as i pulled him by many cars. Anybody have a gsxr1000 or R1 or liter bike that wants to play?

Um, hello?? Us girls ALWAYS drive in crazy a** shoes! Heels, flip flops (My personal fav - wore 'em myself for the cruise/burnout), or just barefoot! I followed you two part of the way -the cars' beautiful and sorry for any, um, close calls (one particular corner my brakes were on fire)!! Hope to see and talk to ya'all soon!

My wife and I came up from Cottage Grove. Great cars! Unfortunately the kids got bored before the cruise, so we called it a day kind of early.

Thanks for the burgers and dogs!

I also ran into my uncle there. He drives the yellow cobra, it was pretty cool to see him!

Hope to see you folks again soon.
