she has the same performance mods as a non-supercharged saleen; tune, exhaust, intake. at least she has gears and an xpipe unlike a stock saleen.

i never once stated i was talking about her.. but seens how we are all in here chatting.. i just got my car back with the stage one spec clutch and the chatter in first is bugging me.. how long before its gone??

I would like a Saleen series IV blower. This guy tried to sell it to me when I went to the Saleen Store in Irvine for $4,469+tax+$1,200 installation. I was like... heck no. Then he started to flirt but it would only work if the price of the blower went down lol.

also i saw in your sig that you have the motive whine.. how bad is it??`would you have changed them if you could go back or are you happy with them?? im asking because i havnt had mine installed yet also with our cars running 80mph on the highway the rpm will be at 2600 or 2800??

The whining on my gears are annoying. It gets as loud as my mufflers in 4th gear cruise. Excellent speed/acceleration though.

But yes, I would have gotten FRPP gears if I knew about the whine.

80mph on 4:10 gears would be at about 3k rpms.

You have a centrifigual blower which makes meaningful boost at around 2800rpms... the KB twin screw creates boost right away at low RPM's so I would worry about my engine (assuming that I floor it a bit much). plus I hear quite a few people have blown their stock engines with a KB.

To ALL who posted less than desirable comments: Saying you don't like a car or rims (or anything) is fine...this is a public board and anyone runs the risk of getting "put down" when they post their car here. It's also OK to express your like and/or dislike, but when the attacks begin to verge on "personal," I must step in.
