Dealer changes tire and damages wheel

how would you let them right the nicks and scratches?

see if they will replace the wheel? What did the service manager say?

they said the wheel restorer will fix them up. not sure what that means for the new finish, probably paint. it is a silver wheel like the 99 cobra. guess ill let them give it a try and if im not happy with the results i will try for exchange mine for a nice set from ebay.

They usually do a decent job. good luck

The Einstein's at the dealer rotated my tires after giving them explicit instructions not to. They rotated my 275 rears to my 245 fronts....guess they thought my car was front wheel drive....errrrr.

Same type of program around here. You can tell them whatever, but it doesn't do much good since many of the guys doing that kind of work don't speak English anyway.
