what do you guys recomend for changing fuse block i want to change mine and update it and clean it up maybe add 2,,, 1 for hot all the time and 1 for acc got any ideas or pics
What circuits would you guys tap for the "ignition" hot circuit? Some of the kits get there pick up/turn on signal from an ignition hot. They mention using fuse taps and the such.
It doesn't NEED one, thats just one way of seting it up. I think the relay controls the power for the fuse block. You could always bypass the relay to make it hot all the time.
Can someone post what each fuse is for in the stock fuse block? I have a schematic I got here but it doesn't clearly show the wiring through the fuse block. My problem is no courtesy/interior lights but the guage cluster and gauge lighting works, just no lights under dash and doors, it was working

I have a 68 and the fuse that controled my gauges lights was the small fuse in the middle of the fuse block. It is the only one in he middle surrounded by the other fuses. Notice in 66candy's picture the one I'm refering to.
