Rim size question

My current wheels (Pony's) are 16x7 with a 22mm offset and a back spacing of 4.875. The wheels I am about to purchase are 17x8, 12mm, 4.95 (front) and 17x9 24mm, 5.95. What will these numbers affect? Will the wheel stick out more or be sunk in the fender more?

I have 17x9 in the front and back of my fox and the only issue i have with mine is the front ones would rub the lower control arms so i went out and bought the smallest spacer i could find. Now it rubs on the fender. But i am also using drop springs on the car. I am not too sure what the back spacing on them are i was so excited when i saw black cobra r wheels for four lug so i bought them,
