Pressure plate bolt torque

What am I supposed to torque the pressure plate bolt to and also the flywheel bolts?. I am installing a CF DF clutch in my car. Also noticed that who ever put the last clutch in did not install the pilot bearing correct, I pulled the clutch off and the pilot bearing fell out. Doesn't it get hammered lightly into the back of the crank?.

these are Ford specs.

Pressure plate to flywheel 12 - 20 FT/LBs

Flywheel to crankshaft 75 - 85 FT/LBs

The pilot bearing will sit flush with the surface of the block if I recall...

I torque my pressure plate bolts to 24 ft. lbs on the 5.0L flywheel...
