Hey andy i just wanted to tell you congrats!! I wish you and Heather well. I've spent just about all of my free time while working reading this thread from day one this week.
I just want to let all of you know how much respect i have for all of you who have been here all along helping Andy out. Not only has he learned alot but i sure know i have.

Just got back from the lake, spent a week at Table Rock Lake in Missouri. It was a blast. We ran into a snag with the wedding plans, as all of you know we wanted to have an open bar at our wedding and we found out that the church would not allow that in there reception hall. SO we decided to spend a little extra. We have rented the West Evangelical Free Church in Wichita ks.

We also rented the conference room at Hotel Old Town

We have also rented a DJ for the dance, and reserved a bartender for the bar. The bar will be free. Unfortunately we could not get anything before march. And we knew that everybody would be messing with graduations and everything during that time so we have set the date for June 21st. Its a long ways away, but I found out that its going to take 6 months just to get our passports to go on the honey moon, so i suppose its not all bad. We get the conference room for half price if we can get ten rooms filled with our guest. I feel sorry for the poor sap that gets the room next to us. Yeah actually i have showed her the thread she didn't want to read it but she was pretty impressed. She thought it was like reading somebody's journal. We will be sending out save the date fliers before too long so y'all can pm or email ( [email protected] ) me your address and i can drop one in for ya. We will probably do that after we take engagement pictures. Yeah these guys are awesome its been a great time on this thread and i am sure if the closet gang has anything to to with it, the real good times have yet to come. BTW i have a bunch of pictures from the vacation that i will post up possibly today or tomorrow.
Last but not least i have one more big problem. NOBODY has ever driven my car except for me, well my dad drove it on the car trailer once. But anyway i am planning on driving from the church to hotel old town in my car and i have no idea how i am going to get my car from hotel old town to my storage unit without letting somebody drive it. I would let my dad do it but he is going to be in the wedding so he would not be able to do it. Also i would let my friend jeff do it but he is the best man. What do i do?

As for moving your Mustang, do you know anybody who owns a roll back? They could pick it up and deliver it to your storage unit with out anybody driving the car!

. Sounds like a great plan. I rented a Lincoln for my wedding, and kept it for a couple of days until we went to Greece. We already had passports, though. The Lincoln looks good in the pictures, and you don't have to worry about a rental like you would with your convertible. Good luck.

Glad to hear things are coming through for you! Get on the passport train because they are EXTREMELY backed up and I'd hate to see you two have any delays.
As far as the Mustang, a roll back would be best if you want no one else to drive it. If you called up a local towing yard and told them the story you might get a discount... maybe?
If not, I'll bite the bullet and drive it back for you.

Since pretty much everyone around here wants to drive it for you, we can transport it WITHOUT ANYONE driving it!!!
How you ask?
Simple Padawan! WE shall surround your car, gently lift it, and carry it to the storage unit!
OR...we could disassemble her, carry her over in pieces and reassemble her in the storage unit.

Just make sure she reads that parts where we all tell you what a lucky guy you are! Probably wouldn't hurt if she saw that parts where you told us what alucky guy you are. Maybe you might want to zip right past the "post-date drunk reports", though

So my truck got broke into last night, i haven't surveyed the damage yet but man this sucks. Right off the bat this is what i can see they took.

6. GPS Unit

8. Craftsman tools ( I have no idea how much of this is missing i will have to check my storage unit and see what i still have)
