Trying to figure out the fox body motor mount hierarchy…

According to the sticky, the prothane unit is .5” taller than the Energy suspension unit and reading elsewhere the stock hatch/notch mount is .5-.75” taller than the stock vert unit.

How do the aftermarket units compare to the stock units?

My theory is the ES unit the same height as the stock vert unit, but that is purely speculation.

Anyone actually know?

well, he could be refering to the 93 coupe/hatch mounts, which in 93 ford used the same mounts in all models of mustangs, verts included. I believe they ditched the pre92 coupe hatch mounts and started using vert mounts in all the cars.

Quite possible, I have stock replacement 88 hatch and stock replacement 88 vert MM on order from Napa right now, will compare to a set of prothanes I have and post results.
