also can i reuse the roller lifters and stock springs with out any problems

I have the competition camshaft on mine and I LOVE it....GREAT cam!

I do still have the stock E7 heads, but they're ported, polished, and have a 3-angle valve job done to 'em.

You'll definitely have to put stiffer springs in there so your valves don't float at high rpms.

The crane 444-221 cam is supposed to be a good one, someone on here said it added approx 30 hp to his aode car.

If the engine is otherwise completely stock there are a number of other mods that would be better at this point. Gears would be at the top of my list, then mass air, intake, TB, and headers. Then a TFS stage 1 or Steeda #18 would do great.
