I do still have the stock E7 heads, but they're ported, polished, and have a 3-angle valve job done to 'em. You'll definitely have to put stiffer springs in there so your valves don't float at high rpms.

Gears would be at the top of my list, then mass air, intake, TB, and headers. Then a TFS stage 1 or Steeda #18 would do great.
