Update from previous thread, we installed the second PCV valve in the drivers side valve cover at first with no baffle. Started it up today, and it blew a bunch of smoke out the back. Drove it for a while, and it seemed ok. Then started it up at a gas station and bummer... more smoke. Used a peice of alluminum and made a baffle, and now everything seems to be good. :) Unfortunatley, we didn't take any pics of the baffle itself.:bang: Heres some pics of everything installed. A baffle is absolutley positivley a must have.

Has anyone thought of running a vacuum pump from a LS1? I am looking into that for my blower car. I need a way to pull more vacuum on the crankcase while the engine is under boost.

I'm glad the baffle is working better.
Please keep us posted

bit-
I have used a smog pump from a Ford van as a vac pump.
The challenge for me was restricting vac signal. At idle the pump was pulling about 14" IIRC.
That number goes up with rpm when the pump is belt driven. There are 'vac regulators' available, but I canned the entire idea at that point and went with a second pcv.

I'm sure I can dig up more info on the vac setup if you like...

Not sure what the ls1 has for a vac pump...
