I'm looking for a complete shifter with positive shift stops, not considering hurst I prefer to use the stock knob, so does anybody have any ideas?? Pro 5.0 or B&M ripper (if available). Also I hear the complete shifter is a mother to install, have to remove console and drive shaft and go from underneath??? Appreciate any suggestions and advise.!! :flag:

I've had a Triax (same as Pro50).....didn't cut it at all. Installed the MGW kit and couldn't be happier. Until the MGW came along recently the Pro50 and Steeda triax were about as good as it got. If you really want a bad azz shifter, don't pass up the MGW...it's the bomb.

on my car, i put the B&M on it.
on my dads, he put the Saleen short throw adapter.

they feel the same, except his shifts are smoother, and the block only cost 40 bucks or so.... that damn hindsight and it being 20/20:bang:

Hey guys, long time Hurst fan here.... That was until I put the Roush in my car. I'm never going back. The Roush is a few bucks more, but this is the real deal. Shortest shifts and I don't get blocked out of any gears. I couldn't be happier. :nice:

I don't have a shifter yet, but it is close to the top of my list for the first mods.....

First off, I am the first to say that form follows function. As long as it works I don't care what it looks like. That being said, am I the only one that would LOVE to see a shifter of MGW quality with the looks of the Hurst? Personally, for me, that would be the ultimate combination.....:nice:
