How is the quality? Are they as nice as they say they are? Everything but the tach wire plugs right in to the stock wiring harness, is that true? For the price that they want for the Instrument Panel they had better be EXCELLENT quality, and almost install themselves!! hehe I haven't seen one in person, but they sure look nice on the website. What are your opinions on the product, and the install?

I have the JME panel in my car. Yes the qaulity is second to none. It does plug directly into the stock wiring harness. I also bought mine when they were only $699.00. I would probably do one myself since the cost of them has gone threw the roof. Here are the pics of mine. The back panel pictures show the quality of work better then just a front shot.

I have a JME guage set in my 67. It's definitely a quality piece.

However, if I were to do it again, I would build it myself.

My biggest challenge was wiring it to a new Painless harness (that was modified). So it did not plug right into my custom wiring. The other minor negative note is the "JME logo" on the guage faces. It's subtle, but I don't really like it.

Overall, I'm happy with how it looks and performs.

You do have a good point with the JME logo. I would not like that either. I bought mine when he still didn't do that. And the price was a lot less then what it has inflated to now.
