It makes noise constantly when im driving... its anoying as hell but if i just slightly rest my foot on the clutch it goes away... is there any way to adjust the stock clutch set up.... the TOB isnt that old yet....

The stock cable is not adjustable. Get a FWA and an adjustable quad and you should be able to get it right. But it might already be fugged up.
You dont really need a new one. The OEM ones are the best as far as Ive heard.

That is teh pilot barring.
Only way to totally fix is, clutch out and replace it.
But gettin a new clutch cable could help with teh noise, but wont "fix" teh problem.

A pilot bearing is going to complain whenever the clutch is all the way in. What the OP is describing is a noise that is there with the clutch out and it goes away when he puts pressure on the pedal. Classic TOB noise. The FWA and quadrant will take care of it.
