You can get a stock set off a car at the junk yard Other wise just buy yourself some brake line and run it yourself, then you can run it where you want it to be. Its actually not that hard. Get a double flaring tool and something to bend the line with and your good to go!

The original poster is looking for Brake "Lines" not hoses. Back to topic you can run your own lines and flare them but make sure you get a good quality flaring tool because if not they will leak like hell. also a good tube bender is a must have tool if you decide to tackle the job. probably like $12-20 total for both tools! good luck

Check out http://www.classictube.com , I did my brake lines back in April and bought a complete brake line kit from them, and have no complaints.
