Wideband Question?

Hey guys. Im looking into getting a wideband for use with my Tweecer. I want to get some feedback as to what systems you guys are using and how they are working out for you.

I have been looking at the innovative kits because they seem to perform very well/accurately. Are there any reasons for paying a couple hundred more for the LM1 as opposed to the LC1? I will be running the wideband sensor in its own bung in the H pipe so there is no need for narrow band configs with the tweecer. I want to keep the two stockers in place.

Any suggestions or experience with innovative or other kits would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have the Lm-1 kit. Works very well. Have yet to play with there software much though. It has helped in tuning my carb though.

I have the LC-1 sensor along with the DATAQ DI-148U so I can datalog the wideband along with the Tweecer using BinEdit. I haven't really had a chance to get out to the track to do any tuning with it yet though. My neighbor has the LC-1 on his Nova and he's been able to get that thing running really well now.

I have the LC-1 as well, but I have mine run through the EGR. My EGR failed, so because I already had the Tweecer, I just removed the EGR instead of spending money to fix it.

The EGR voltage range is the same as a WB, you can connect the LC-1 into the EGR wires to the PCM and datalog that way.

I am running he Dynojet wideband commander. I love it, plus the gauge fits in a standard 2 1/16" gauge pod on my pillar. Also, it comes with software on a CD and is super easy to install and use, and it can datalog up to 44 minutes of info, provides a lambda graph in real time with RPM and TPS inputs when you have it hooked up to your laptop, and has a warning light if your set parameters are exceeded so you dont grenade your motor, and you can save run files, i picked it up for $369.00.

Innovate is the most accurate available , AEM is 2nd most accurate and only 299 from summit ......AEM is a good buy for the money ......I have an autometer but its pricey , only got it because it matched my other gauges , I use an Innovate to tune with ...

Thanks for the info guys. I think im going to go with the innovative LC-1 System. I read an article in one of the mustang mags saying that it was the most accurate system they tested out of 10 or so. And it had the ability to be re-calibrated as the sensor began to wear. I like that feature. Does anyone have any reason why i wouldnt get the LC-1 instead of spending the extra 200 bucks for the LM-1. I have found a LC-1 kit on ebay for about 170...seems like a good legit deal. Thanks again for the info.

The AEM Wideband UEGO Controller Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge looks interesting particularly from the cost standpoint. Is there any reason why I should stay away from this Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge?

i have the AEM wideband installed on my car. VERY easy to install....mostly all plug and play. However i just read the A/F ratio from the guage because i dont have a laptop

I have an AEM I have yet to install, paid 400+ for mine. its the 6-1 controler one, I have no laptop yet for it, but it will plug into Stand-alones too.
