Would 30lb injectors be ok with a S-trim for low boost??

I'm collecting things I need to put on my S-trim but was wondering if 30lb injectors along with matched fmu would be enough to keep me from going lean, I
ll be using a upr? power pipe (the black plastic kind, which supposedly adds a few psi of boost) I'm using stock pulley hell maybe ill go one size bigger and will be using a fmu and I already have a 255lph intank pump in and have a T-rex inline for it. I also have a mechanical fuel pressure gauge to watch the line pressure....It's not a mistake I did say add a bigger pulley, I'm not looking to have good dyno numbers or have a 11 second monster, I just want to get it on there and have a good reliable but still boosted daily driver to have fun with for now till I can upgrade the injectors to bigger and some other stuff. I might be able to get some 30's at a good deal, would these be enough??

I would not trust an FMU.......If you get the car tuned properly you can use the S-trim with 30 pounders and ditch that FMU. Just do it right and get a tune!

Agreed. Just buy FRPP 42 lb injectors, leave the FMU in the box and sell it on ebay, get a REAL tune so that have you engine done RIGHT and then call it a day. I'll be running 60lb or 72lb injectors but i'm running it off e85 so thats why..

Well I bought everything off my friend so the fmu's not new. COMPLETE S-trim kit, blower, brackets, smog bypass, hardware, pulleys, new power pipe, fmu, top radiator tube etc. all for a grand...can't beat that. I'm going to use the fmu just for now and tune it myself via Tweecer r/t and wideband, and then go from there....Plus I don't have money for a tune right now

I would defently NOT trust that FMU being that it is not new....do you know how a FMU works? You'd better hope that the diaphragm isn't brokin'. And good luck using that tweecer and wideband unless you really know how to use those it is really easy to fock shat up. I am not trying to be a dick I just have been down your road before.....Just put on the S-Trim install everything minus the FMU and let it sit until you can afford a PROPER TUNE you will thank yourself in the end. Also you will actually save money with a tune cause I can almost guarentee that a good tune will get you better gas milage than your tweecer tune. Your choice!
