What I did is that I just took a coat hanger, cut off the top and bent it straight. Then, I re-bent the coat hanger in the shape that I would need a radiator hose. I measured the tube's diameter, then I went to napa with my now shaped coathanger, and went in the back where they keep all the radiator hoses and just found one that was shaped like my wire. In my case, the wire matched up well with a segment of a larger hose, and I just cut the hose as needed to get the length and shape I was after.

That's what I did too. Except I couldn't find one that was exactly what I needed.
That piece of chrome in the pic is actually a brass drain pipe I had from leftover plumbing under my kitchen sink. I used it to extend the hose. It's kinda like that on the bottom, but I have a Hose drain plug adapter pipe in there from Summit.
Just look through your local home store plumbing area!
