i crashed my 95 v6 and its sitting in my garage. Since i always wanted a real engine :) i decided to do an engine swap. a coworker of mine is selling a 302 from a 1968 and since it seems like a good deal on the price i was thinking of purchasing it. So my questions are as follow

is it really possible to swap an engine from such an old model to a new frame?

how hard is it if it is?

what are some suggestions if i decide to go ahead and do it.

i have never done an engine swap before and im sure its labor intensive. i was asking around and people were telling me that it wouldnt be too bad because the engine is carbeurated. im looking for some good advice that will help me decide if i want to go through with the project or not.

the frame on my car is in perfect condition.

That 302 is a carbed motor so none of the computer sensors will function meaning it won't pass smog and won't be computer controlled. If you don't care about that it should go in fairly easy. I would install a fuel pressure regulator since you don't want over 7 lbs to the carb. Also a bigger radiator would be a good idea.
