351 options

I am currently thinking about doing a 351 swap in my 88 fox.
My motor has over 200k on it so I know the rebuild will be coming soon.
And I figure it should cost wise be roughly the same for the 351 build as the 302 rebuild (SHORT BLOCK WISE)
I will be basically going with a stock 351 shortblock maybe just punched 30 over.
i am hoping to get a newer block... 94+ if I can find one just so I don't have to do any machining for a roller cam.
But the dilema now is what to do for induction,
I dunno If I wanna go with EFI or Carb.
I like the driveability of efi But I like the simplicity of carbeurated.
I have a set of bigger valve reworked 69 heads I am planning on using.
I'm not looking for anything too crazy obviously but the cost of going EFI means basically everything is gonna have to be new,(TB, INJ,upper, lower, Mass Air) I have everything to do the mass air conversion already.

Anyone wanna throw some opinions at me as to which route to go?
I'm not sure I wanna rip all those wires outta my car after a carb setup is finished
But my budget might fit a carb setup better.

I like the fuel injection, for me its easy to tune.i went the 351/408 route in my 91gt
It probably would have been a little cheaper to carb it ,but i suck with carbs.lol.

id go EFI...your car already has it. i didnt go crazy with my parts and mine makes enough power...could i make more power by changing some stuff out? yea....but it has enough for me. i replaced the fuel pump with a 255 in tank ...stock lines/rails
for the money you could get a 408/410 short block and build it to your budget and as time and money permits upgrade stuff.....

P.S. make sure to use ceramic coated headers
