2005+ GT Trailer Hitch?

You will need a high gear ratio to tow a jetski and only a jetski or lighter. A five speed or auto and low acceleration off the line (stop sign or light) as well. You will run into problems if you are an aggressive driver. I would sport a chubby if I saw a 05-07 GT towing a supercharged Seadoo driving down the road! :hail2:

Wow, being able to take my bikes with me in a car that I love to drive. It's not like I welded a rack to the trunk. There's a tiny 1 1/4 inch square below the bumper. And I found a cover for it, anyways :D

I wondered how long it would take people to start moaning at this thread. While I would never have a hitch on my Mustang, I also understand that these cars are not cheap and should be able to haul what you need. I've seen several custom trailers towed to car shows and left right on the car in the show. The Shaker 1000 sub and amp box takes up so much of my trunk that luggage space is extremely limited, especially if your girlfriend packs the way most of mine have.

lets kep this thread on topic. some may not like the hitch, but that has nothing to do with this thread. the OP asked for solutions, not opinions.

Bicycles do not belong on sports cars...

In Dallas I saw someone in a 911 turbo with a bike rack on the roof... I almost cried. If you can buy that car you can afford to carry your bikes around in something else...
