Wow, that's a big tire! A little over 28" but I'd still say it would probably work condsidering the size of the fenderwells on the Mustangs now. The offset of the rim will be a determining factor though. If you're running less than a +30mm offset with the 10.5" wheel I'd say you could run into problems, but I haven't had any personal experience with a setup exactly like this so I can't say for sure.

It will fit in the fender(I'm going 295/45-18 which are 28.3"), but like billy said it is the back spacing that is crucial.
