Sadly, there was no traditional Saleen Show at their facility in Irvine this year. I know several owners and fans out there who went through withdrawals as September came and passed. By now you probably know Saleen is mixing it up this year, offering something different and exciting with activities to coincide with Fun Ford Weekend in Fontana, CA. Join SCOA as we take part in several events with Saleen, Inc. throughout the weekend.
Friday 19th After The Races: Meet and Greet at the Saleen Trailer at Cal Speedway
If you will be at California Speedway already, racin’ or watchin’, come hang out with Saleen Speedlab personnel and the JDM Engineering race team for casual food and conversation.
Saturday 20th 6:30 am – 9:00 am: Cars and Coffee Car Show, Irvine, CA
Meet at the Saleen Store and cruise with us (6:30 am sharp) to Ford's Premiere Auto Group facility parking lot nearby. Saleen will have an area set up for us to park. 9:00 am - 11:00 am: Cruise to California Speedway
From the Cars and Coffee lot, we will cruise the highways to Fontana. Meet us at the PAG lot or try to intercept the armada of Saleens along the way.
11:00 am – 5:00 pm: The “Main Event”
A Saleen-only car show awaits you within the greater Mustang and Ford car show. This exclusive event will be judged by non-participants.

Additionally, there will be a special trophy awarded for the best club-affiliated vehicle. SCOA members will select the most deserving Saleen from the club to go up against representative Saleens from other participating clubs.
Awards will be presented at 4:00 pm and Saleen is also working on other surprises that you will not want to miss.
7:00 pm: – SCOA After-Show Dinner with Saleen and Friends
After the show, join SCOA, Saleen and others at a restaurant to be announced for much needed sustenance after a full day of automotive fun.
Please r.s.v.p. to Dennis McKee at [email protected] so the restaurant can prepare for our group. Everyone will be responsible for their own food and drink.
Sunday 21st Morning: Farewell Breakfast
Restaurant and time to be announced. Again, an r.s.v.p. will be very helpful.

* You do not need to be a SCOA member to participate in any of the events.
* For those who would like to stay at a hotel near California Speedway, Saleen has reserved a block of rooms at the host hotel. Be sure to ask for code “Saleen” when making reservations. Rates are $89.00 per night for double queen or single king rooms.

Saleen Car Show Registration: There will be no conventional mail-in registration for the car show. However you can “Pre-Register” at the Cars and Coffee event. Otherwise, day of show registrations will be accepted at Cal Speedway. The entry fee is $35.00 and you may want to bring cash in case credit cards at not accepted.
