I need to sell my mustang as soon as i get it back together, but i have no idea how much to ask for it...What would be a fair price do you guys think? heres the breakdown:
94gt convertible (top less than 4 months old)
Newer tires (less than 1000 miles)
-paint is in ok condition
-just replaced head gaskets (machined the heads)
-i have no dyno numbers for the car, but its def. a low 13 second car on its good days
-red interior (hemp-style fabric, not the fluffy kind)
-aftermarket cd player (stock one died)
-interior is clean (new black carpet)
the rest is in my sig

Soo what should i ask for it>?

What are the miles? Im not shy to admit I paid $6000 for a nearly stock '95 GT with 63,000 miles. With your performance mods, assuming it runs good and looks decent, I would assume you could get more than what I paid for a nearly stock car...

i paid 8500 for it 5 or 6 years ago w/ 59k miles...ouch...i think 8 may be a bit high, but i can try....im going to post it on craigslist and the forums here, but are there any autotrader type deals that are good for selling stangs?

found mine on autotrader.com, I think thats where a bunch of people look first because its so well known. But I think it costs a little bit, and winter isnt going to be your best season to try to sell depending on your location, so dont know if its worth the money right now to start an add on that site...

I dunno where you live, but in the chicago area everyone wants crazy amounts for 94-95's. I payed 8500 for mine w/ tons of suspension stuff and an eddy performer h/c/i kit. 120k mi. 5yrs ago. 5-6 yrs ago, I payed 10,500 for a 95 black/tan top vert with 53k mi. on it, it was all stock except steeda wheels and cobra hood and bumper.

I bet you could start at 10k here....seriously. Well, amybe not it was the 5 speeds that demanded a premium price. But yea just go and look on autotrader for some numbers.
