Daily driver though. What are your future plans for the car. How do you normally drive the car? highway or backroads?

With the 3.73's you will be turning 2500 rpm at 75mph and 3000 rpm at 90mph...assuming you have the stock tire size.

The 3.90's will give you about 150-200 rpm higher than that. So you'd be spinning at least 2700 rpm to cruise on the highway. Thats a lot for a daily driver...and the acceleration differences between the two will be almost non-existent.

I would say the 3.73's are the best all around gear...even 3.55's if you drive on the highway a lot.

you runnin stock heads, that sounds very familiar to my daily driver stock longblock, with a X cam, roller rockers, headers, Torker 2 intake and a 700 dp Holley with a 3.35 first T5 and 4.30's it is quite possibly the most fun you can have on the way to work
