Anyone know where I can find out how to convert my 95Gt Brakes and all to a 98 Cobras brake setup? Im thinking about buying the 98 Cobras setup and swapping them to mine for the 13Inch rotors in front and the slightly larger ones in back. Any info would be great. Thanks

the fronts are as easy to convert as unbolting the old ones and bolting on the new. the rears are a little more complicated. you need the new rotors and a set of cobra pads, the calipers are the same. and you also will need a set of cobra caliper brackets, this is what bolts to the axle housing:nice: all of this and you should be good to go

Hey bro thanks....im looking at getting everything for the conversion for about $250 front and back and it sounds like a great deal. Ill make sure it comes with everything for the rear to make it work. You think 250 is good for everything? Thanks

Hey man one more question. I have slotted and crossed drilled Rotors in the front with the stock brake size. Is there anyway I can use those for the rear rotors or will those rotors not work??? this might be a stupid question but im curious so I can still use the ones I have.

nope, sorry you can't the stock front rotors are somewhere in the area of 10.5" or 10.8", the stock rear cobras are in the area of 11.65". If your looking to get rid of those stock rotors I'll take them off your hands, I need them for my SN95 brake swap...

No my rears are stock Gt brakes...all I got were the 13' Front cobra set so once those go on ill have my slotted and crossed drilled front rotors that are gt size. Any ideas????? If I cant I may sell them once I get the Cobras on

well heres what I got...I have the full assembly not just the rotors and calipers...Now with what i have will I be good to just bolt it all up and be done or will I still have to get the Banjo bolts.

The master cylinders have a different bore size. Just a fyi, if you do decide to use a 94 and up cobra master cylinder it is not plug and play. The Cobra MC requires different fittings than the GT. You will have to re-flare the lines. I did hear at one time the 93 Cobra master cylinders were a direct fit. Anyone remember this?
