Black on Black

Oh I know what it is...didn't know if you were going to put your car in it?

Not sure on the stripe, was gonna go flat black, but I was thinking a light pearl or metallic silver...

Sorry in advance for probably a very stupid question...but what exactly is the second "black" in "black on black"??? Is it a black interior on a black car? or black wheels on a black car? both?

Usually if it is listed as "black on black", they mean black exterior/black interior. I've seen "triple black" for black exterior/interior/wheels(and/or accents-windows).
