I have run various RC. 1/10 elect stadium trucks were the most fun and "all around" usable though. real deep grass they faulter, but they are insanely rugged, least my Associated RC10T3 was. I have vids jumping it 25ft off tables and cartwheeling off screen, landed on it's wheels and kept going.
Nitro are fun the but the noise can get annoying fast. I had a Ofna Worlds buggy 1/8 and in a 1 acre yard could not get her fully opened up for more than a second before running out of room. I then had a Tmax, also very fun, but heavier and dur to that I think took more damage from abusive use...
