Just wondering what you have for clearnce up front between the rim and coil-over. I'm only looking for 9 inch wide rims with a 5 lug conversion.

1. What spindles are you running? '94-95 or '96^?
2. What offset rim are you running? 24mm or 36mm or 44mm?
3. How much clearance is there between the rim and coil-over? 1/2 or 3/4?

Thanks.

A couple of important factors are spring length and tire size. I went with a 10" 325# Hypercoil spring, 24mm R58 Cobra R wheels, on a '95 spidle. I have under 1" of clearence, but it is plenty with a 245/45/17 Goodyear GS-C tire. If I went with a longer spring, it would interfere with the rim.

I will most likely try a 255/40/17 tire soon. I hope there will be no clearance issues with this change.

Ok, just measured it, i have 3/4" between the coil and the closest part of the tire/rim.

Im running 255/40R17s up front, 95 Spindles, OEM 03 Cobra wheels with 6.12" backspacing and 27mm Offset.

Hope this helps

Okay thanks for your help guys. I'll just tell you my problem...

Okay, i have two cars... a '91 and a '86.
Now i want to run a 36mm offset rim on my '86 up front with a '96 spindle(Which sticks out 8mm's further then a '94 spindle)
Therefore, that means that rim/spindle combo would in 1/4 inch more then the 24mm/'94 spindle combo. Now that would mean i'd need to find somebody with ATLEAST a 1/2 of clearance that runs MM coil-overs, '94 spindle, 18x9 24mm offset rims. As for spring size, its a 375lb spring, i'm not sure what the length is but i'm sure i can find out.

But anyway, i dont' want to install the tubular k-member and all coil-overs only to find out that the 36mm/'96 spindle rubs. Then i'd have to take it all off. Or i can just stick my MM coil-overs/Tubular k-member on my '91 that is running a 24mm/'94 spindle and i know it'll clear....

Good to know... I'll be running 10th Anniversary Cobras w/ 275's, 96+ spindles, and MM C/O's soon.

You could always use a .25" wheel spacer if it rubs
