Idle drops and dies when stopping

I checked again I put a star washer on my ground to the bell housing that goes up to the fire wall and all seem well . I drove it for 30 minutes checked codes
94 Secondary air system inoperative
44 Air management system inoperative

I thinking my Thermactor or underdrive pullies is the cause
I sprayed all around looking for vacuum leaks no raise in idle
idles and runs good
