Big Bear and Snow Summit
Dude, your a little over an hour away from snow. I was in Big Bear just last week.
hopefully i am gonna go skiing next month up in big bear...but i am NOT taking my stang.
...the stang cant handle Snow or Ice...its way too low and has No ABS or traction control and its manual Trans....all those things equal bad news on Ice.
My car was originally from The Chicagoland Area...i have always wondered if the firth owner drove it in the snow
Well, you did make it that low, but I'm suprized that it doesn't have ABS. Our years didn't have TC as an option, but I thought most if not all SN95s had ABS. Manual trans is excellent in the snow by the way. When I'm in snow, I start out in 2nd gear slipping the clutch and short shift all the other gears which keeps torque and thus slippage to a minimum. If you ever get caught in snow/ice it's really the best way to go.
there are a lot of the SN95's without ABS. It was standard sometime in the late 90's or early 00's until I think 2003 and then it was made optional again and then im sure its standard on the new ones
I REALLY REALLY wish i had some snow in So Cal.
You dont know how badly i have wanted to get pics of my stang with some snow in the background
if only i could find some snow
there were some SN95s made (that were not sold in California) thats had No ABS, 17inch wheel option, 3.27 gear, and CD player but no Mach 460....my car is one of those
mmmm....burrito's on Christmas
