need to re-align my front end have some ?'s

Well my car was hit once before I bought it and has some front end work that needs to be fixed ( exterior wise) For starters My front bumper sags, my header panel is cracked and I have a 1/4" gap between my corner light and drivers fender and my passenger fender is fake Lol. I bought the foam bumper absorber to hold up the bumper and got a used OEM black pass. fender from a 98 cobra...My question is have any of you ever done this before with no problem? I have to re-align the passenger door along with the new fender too.The car wasn't hit that hard it just must have been hit on a weird angle. any info and help will be greatly appreciated thanks!! :nice:

That would indicate that the drivers side half of the front got hit.:( I got my car with the bumper sagging, took it apart and found that the bumper support was bent in also the rad support was bent. :( there is also two brackets that help hold up the headlight panel one could be loose. the best thing to do is take the bumper cover off and see how bad of damage if any was done.

If you realign the fender it might not fix the gap.

sorry if I am not too much help

It was definitely hit on the passenger side haha, I will check the bumper support though, the radiator support looked good when I checked it..

ironically same thing happened to my car somewhat, and we both ride DFG aode LOL...

hows teh frame? my car has to go on a frame machine and get yanked and they said itll fix it no problem... check inside the engine compartment, the guy i bought my car off of said he rolled into a truck... the hood was cracked and the bumper looked like garbage... i did some lookin around and the bumper support was bent, the radiator support wasnt to bad but there was a little crease inside the engine bay on the pass. side near the tire-well i believe(too early to recall exactly where)

....i had to say somethin else but i just blanked out

I replaced the drivers side fender on mine about a year ago and to align it, well it wasnt the best time I had in my life. lol But it just takes some washes and a lot of patience. Oh and while your aligning it make sure you can open the door completely before you tighten everything down. (I made that mistake) Having another person there to help hold things in place while you adjust also helps.
