Relatively new clutch making noise! help!

Hey guys, my clutch probably has 8,000 miles on it or so. it is making noises that sound kind of like chatter but only when you release the clutch pedal and engage the clutch, and only into first gear when you just start rolling. it has been happening for the last probably week or so, and only when the car is warm and has been driven in the city with some minor stopping and going.
my clutch has been kind of wierd ever since i had it installed. the pedal vibrates alot and sometimes it makes a noise and if i push the pedal slightly in, the noise goes away. this happens pretty rarely and it sounds like a faint kind of spinning noise but the vibration is pretty much always going on.
i am worried that my mechanic tried to skimp out and only replaced my tob when i had issues with it a little while ago. otherwise the clutch grips no problem no slipping or anything like that and its supposed to be a stock oem replacement.
i am really confused and any ideas or help would be great. i really dont want to have to get a new clutch or pay to have it all taken apart etc.
thanks again guys!

That would be your TOB. Mine does that also.

Theres alot more going on here than just a squeaky TOB. but before we go on, can I guess that you have a spec clutch kit? All of the problems you list are exactly what I have, none of them will harm anything and they are normal if its the Spec, but all are really annoying.
