Say it isn't so! I freaking loved your car and what you were able to do with it. I don't think many people here knew much about it, but if they look at your sig it'll quickly tell them the story... an 11 second NA 302 AUTO, that my friends is a rarity in these parts. I'm sorry to see you've let it go. :( I could never sell mine.

It's all in the circle of life . . . someone else may join the forum with his car. It sounds like it was probably an enthusiast of SOME sort since the car was very modded. I wouldn't be surprised if a new guy pops up.

sorry you sold it...and if you got a fair price for it congrats.

Looks like a 65 malibu/chevll./elky. in the garage....love those cars. Buddy's dad had a 64 SS project that my buddy and I stripped to bare metal when I was 14-15 it got stolen from in front of the body shop were it was getting blasted, body worked, and primed.

Well I basically sold it because I didnt have time for it anymore and pretty much lost interest. All my friends are getting out of the car/racing scene and its no fun to go alone, for me atleast. I had some debt I needed to take car of so I can move onto new things.

The car in the garage is '65 Malibu. Its my buddies Bracket car that they never run. Go's low 9's on alky. It was in the trailer I used so we had to put it somewhere. Looks like a good spot.:nice: Whenever I get the bug to race, I can take that.

I once lost interest in my old '96 stang. Then I realized it was the stock mod motor! Back to 5.0 I went, and it will never permanently leave my garage! Sounds like you had good reason to sell, and its good that you have a friend that will let you use his car when you get that itch again!

Sorry you let it go, a lot of my friends got out of the track stuff and even Mustangs and the ones that are left dont go very often but my desire to go has not changed at all. Your an inspiration for me to hit 11's N/A
