Not necessarily Mustang related, but has anyone used carpet dye before? I have a gray carpeted speaker box that I would like to dye black to match my other carpet. There are several different types of dye out there, but I don't which one to choose. Of course, I don't want any color fading or bleeding. Thanks.

i have used dupicolor, just spray it, then let it dry, then brush it to soften up and then spary again if you missed any areas.

Thanks for the reply. I'm actually asking about this for a JL Audio Stealthbox for my 2007 F-150 Supercrew that I picked up for a song used. I've posted this question on a few F-150 forums, but everyone just keeps saying to recarpet the box, which is what I would do if the box wasn't such a complex shape. So I take it that the Duplicolor works pretty well? If it matters, the box is currently gray and I want it to be black. Seems like that should be a fairly easy color change, I would think.
