check engine light coming of and on help !!!

Sitting with the car idle or running down the road the car jerks everyonce in awhile. When that happens it throws the 311 and 314 codes which is o2 sensors codes but the goes away a few minutes later. The sensor are a year old. Whatever its doing its throwing my tps sensor off on the volts to .9 volts at idle and not reaching no more that 1.6 volts at full throttle. Replaced tps sensor and still does the same. Fuel pressure is at the low at 30psi. Can anybody shed some light on my madness any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

311- AIR system inoperative during KOER(Bank 1 w/ dual heated o2 sensors)

314- AIR system inoperative during KOER(Bank 2 w/ dual heated o2 sensors)

TPS voltage at idle should be between 0..50 to 1.0 volt.( but have replaced...)

Fuel press. at idle, b/w 30-45 w/ vacuum attached. Without vacuum, at idle, 40-50.

Have you tried to clean sensors like the MAF, IAC etc. Something easy like that might fix the problem.

Do you still have the air pump and smog stuff on the car?

Does the TPS always have a ceiling of 1.6 volts or is it intermittant? That's obviously the first thing I'd want to fix, as TPS input (or lack thereof) affects other systems (such as A.I.R. solenoids).

Good luck.

The smog was removed several years ago. As for the tps its new as stated before. Both were showing .9 volts at idle and 1.6 at full throttle. Cleaned the mass air acouple of weeks ago. Only thing i havent cleaned is the IAC. Thinking about even looking at the fuel pump. My wifes jeep was doing similar throwing a
o2 code and i replaced the fuel pump. When i bought the car ive had to replace the fuel filter several times due to trash in the tank. Any suggestions would be great thanks.
