Lets see some pics!!

Interesting theory, but in the end I think it would fail. The water would eventually fill up and spill into the engine anyways.

A better idea (in theory, probably wouldn't actally work though) would be to put a peice on the bottom 1/3 of the scoop, to deflect water off and away from going inside the engine.

What might work is making a sort of U shaped channel all around the opening in the hood for water to collect in, and at the back of the channel make a hole where it can all drain out, and run a hose from that to back behind the engine so it just runs out onto the ground. That's kinda/sorta how the Mach 1 hoods are around the shaker but i still don't know how they prevent water from going into the scoop.

 Thats awesome! My friend and I were joking about doing that earlier! :rlaugh: During the rain you'd have to constantly be spraying wiper fluid onto your window! LOL
