Fired up the car today with the new exhaust, it sounds pretty roudy. It was very loud before and now it is even more loud, but I am sure the new setup will yield a few hp for me.

Old setup: MAC 1 3/4" x 3" long tubes, MAC 3" prochamber, MAC 3" produmps.
New setup: Kooks stainless (PIMP) 1 7/8" x 3.5" long tubes, 15" extenstion off the collector into a bullet muffler.

Should drop about 20 lbs or so, not to mention the extra room I will have in the rear of the car for suspension work. I had swapped from the N91 to the N112 camshaft but the extra duration was too much so we had to put the N91 back in today which blows. Added also new valve springs. And had Lenny loosen up the converter, should be close to 6000 rpm on the t-brake now...:) I'll try to post a video clip tomorrow of the exhaust.

10.50s on pump gas or break!

A few pictures:
Driver's side of the motor, the exhaust routing is nice with straight shots out of the cylinder heads as compared to my old block hugger MACs.

Passenger side collector, ground clearance is better than the picture shows, I have plenty of clearance.

Passenger side extenstion into the bullet muffler, terminates under the car seat.

Now I have a ton of room in the rear of the car to work on the suspension without having to take off the exhaust.

Here is a short video clip of the car idling.

Will have more on Monday.

Yes but the neighbors don't like it much....lol.

SublimeRT: I see you have one of the few Rio Red/Black cloth cars...nice! Mine is the same deal Rio Red/Black Cloth, there was only 250 or so made in my year like that.
