I'm really on the fence about a new spoiler, I am really considering a black GT500 style wing, but i'm worried that it will look over the top on my car (with the blackout panel.

The other options im considering are a tungsten wing, or a black GT style spoiler.

Any feedback is welcome.

yeah yeah lower it. yes i know ;)

Hmm try a black spoiler and to pain the bottom part of your bumper and sideskirts black.

I like the GT500 style spolier so I'll go for that.

See pic for reference (orange part)

If you go GT500-go painted to match.
If you stay OEM-then you could go black.

It still amazes me(just yesterday as I was taking more pics of mine)how great the rear looks with the G500 spoiler:rock: It might be getting to the point of being overdone now, but, IMO, it is the best style for the S197!

If'n it was me, I'd remove the spoiler and fill the holes; then again, I'm a minimalist. Drove 400 miles to get a new 2008 w/ absolutely no options and spoiler-delete.

Also drove a car for 10 years w/ no radio or A/C. Yes, many people laugh at me. :rlaugh:

 I don't know how you drive a car without A/C. Last year we had 2 weeks straight of 100*+ weather. Not looking forward to it again.

Walter thanks for the pics! I remember your ride now. Looks real good. :nice: I think I want to go lower though.

Thanks I'd imagine it would look more to your liking if I also had the Matching front springs.

I did it mostly for comfort and looks though performance was a pleasant side effect of this admittedly "cosmetic" alteration. :D
